The musician

Just like his brother Paul (1887–1938) - also a strong chess master who was Swiss champion six times between 1907 and 1932 - Hans Johner was a musician by profession . He played as violist and violinist in the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich , at the same time he worked as a violin teacher.
