Hans Löscher (actor)

Hans Löscher (born April 12, 1911 in Munich ; † December 7, 1999 there ) was a German singer , actor , conférencier , guest performance director and founder of the Association of Radio Listeners.

Life

On February 6, 1929, Löscher had his first vocal performance in a broadcast by his father, the actor Dominik Löscher . In 1949 Löscher founded the Association of Radio Listeners. One goal of the association was that the listeners should have more say in the design of the programs. From 1952 he was involved in over 500 events and discussion evenings - the public relations work for the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation (BR) . In 1955, the Brandls family radio series started, in which he played a key role. In 1971, the then sixty-year-old got the role of tailor in the play "Matheis breaks ice". Another TV role was the role of Mr. Buberl in the series " Löwengrube ".

In numerous tours through Bavaria, Löscher introduced radio listeners to, for example, Georg Blädel and Michl Lang.

In 1971, the BR honored him with the Golden Medal of Merit of the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation

"A life for funk" was the title of Hans Löscher's life story, published in 1994 by Buchendorfer Verlag.

What set Löscher apart was his youthful and lascivious sounding voice even in old age.

Hans Löscher was married to the daughter of the film actress Elise Aulinger . His grandmother was a famous ballerina at the Vienna Court Opera, his grandfather the Austrian Count Hardegg. Löscher has a daughter and two sons. His grave is at the Munich forest cemetery .
