Hans Muggenthaler

Hans Muggenthaler (born November 5, 1885 in Untertraubbach , † September 12, 1968 in Cham ) was a German teacher and local researcher .

Career

Muggenthaler received his doctorate from the University of Munich with a thesis on the Waldsassen Abbey . From 1945 to 1952 he was senior director of studies at what was then the upper secondary school, now the Joseph-von Fraunhofer-Gymnasium in Cham (Upper Palatinate). On a voluntary basis, he took over the office of district home keeper and district nature conservation officer in the Cham district .

He published on the Upper Palatinate home history.
