Anass Achahbar ( Arabic أنس أشحبار; * January 13, 1994 in The Hague ) is a Dutch football player of Moroccan descent.

Career

Achahbar began his career with the Hague amateur club FC Kranenburg . In 2002, Achahbar joined the youth department of the professional club Feyenoord Rotterdam via VC Sparta Den Haag . Achahbar made his debut in the Dutch Eredivisie on August 28, 2011 when he came on as a substitute for the home game against SC Heerenveen . Between 2011 and 2013 Achahbar played 14 games in the Eredivisie, but remained without a goal. He was also used in two Europa League games and scored a goal in 2-2 against Sparta Prague . In August 2013 he was loaned to the German second division team Arminia Bielefeld for the 2013/14 season.

National team

The striker, who is considered an exceptional talent, was named the best player in the 2011 U-17 European Championship and top scorer in the 2013 U-19 European Championship . With the Dutch U-17 selection , he became European champion.
