Mathias Bossaerts (born July 10, 1996 in Brasschaat ) is a Belgian football player .

Career

society

Bossaerts began playing football with Germinal Beerschot before moving to the Manchester City Academy via RSC Anderlecht . In four years in England he was used for both the youth teams and the reserves. In 2016 Bossaerts returned to Belgium and joined KV Ostend . In his first season he completed seven missions and qualified with his club as fifth in the table for the championship round, in which KV Ostend finished fourth. In the new season Bossaerts was used in two league games, while his club finished eleventh in the regular season.

On August 28, 2018 Bossaerts moved to the Netherlands for the second division NEC and signed a three-year contract. But in August 2019 he was transferred to the reserve team and the contract was terminated two months later. Since then Bossaerts has been without a new club.

National team

Bossaerts appeared seven times for the Belgian U-15 national team, twice for the U-16, eleven times for the U-17 national team and nine times for the U-19. From March 2017 to November 2018 he played three games for the Belgian U-21 national team .
