Hansjörg Brunner

Hansjörg Brunner (born November 23, 1966 in Wattwil ; resident in Hemberg SG ) is a Swiss politician ( FDP ). From 2017 to 2019 he was a member of the National Council .

On November 27, 2017, Brunner succeeded the resigned Hermann Hess in the National Council . Before that, he was a member of the Grand Council of the Canton of Thurgau from 2012 to 2017 . In the House of Representatives election in 2019 he was not re-elected.

By profession a polygraph and printing company, Brunner is also active in associations. He presides over the Thurgau Trade Association and is a member of the board of the Swiss Trade Association .

Private

Brunner is married and has two children.
