Harry Böninger

Carl Arnold Harry Böninger (born February 11, 1859 in Duisburg , † May 31, 1894 in Heidelberg ) was a German administrative officer .

Life

Harry Böninger came from a Duisburg industrial family. His father was the factory owner Arnold Böninger . After 1877 obtained a high school at the high school in Duisburg, he studied one year at the Universities of Lausanne and Bonn law . From 1878 to 1882 he studied law in Bonn, Berlin and Strasbourg . During his studies in Bonn he served from October 1878 as a one-year volunteer in the hussar regiment "King Wilhelm I." (1st Rheinisches) No. 7 . In 1879 he became a member of the Corps Hansea Bonn . In July 1882, he laid the legal state examination , and a few weeks later at the University of Goettingen to the Dr. jur. PhD. He then completed the legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf Regional Court until August 1884 and the government clerkship with the governments in Düsseldorf and Königsberg until August 1887 .

After passing the government assessor examination , Böninger became a government assessor in the Minden government at the end of August 1887 . He was from October 1890 to his death in 1894 District Administrator of the district Merzig .
