Hartmut Schubert (born January 27, 1960 in Altenburg ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and has been State Secretary in the Thuringian Ministry of Finance since 2014 . Life

Hartmut Schubert attended from 1966 to 1976, the Polytechnic High School in Gößnitz and completed from 1976 to 1979 in the VEB Galvanotechnik Leipzig a professional education for electroplating . Political career

Hartmut Schubert has been a member of the SPD since February 1, 1990 and has been the district chairman of the SPD in Altenburger Land since 1995. On July 1, 2004, he succeeded in entering the Thuringian state parliament. In the SPD parliamentary group from 2004 to 2009 he was spokesman for economics, energy and technology, as well as head of the parliamentary group working group for economics, infrastructure, environment and finance. In addition to Walter Pilger , he represented his parliamentary group as a full member of the Committee on Economics, Technology and Labor. From September 22nd to November 3rd, 2009 Schubert was deputy chairman of the Thuringian SPD parliamentary group.

At the state party conference of the SPD Thuringia on June 7, 2008, Hartmut Schubert was elected as deputy to the state chairman of the Thuringian SPD , Christoph Matschie , alongside Heike Taubert (Member of the Bundestag), Iris Gleicke (Member of the Bundestag) and Frank Roßner , District Administrator of the Saale-Orla district. Hartmut Schubert is a member of the district assembly in Altenburger Land and holds the office of deputy chairman of the SPD district assembly there . As part of the change of government after the state elections in 2009 , Schubert was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry for Social Affairs, Family and Health led by Heike Taubert (SPD) and left the state parliament.
