Hartmut Schubert
Hartmut Schubert (born January 27, 1960 in Altenburg ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and has been State Secretary in the Thuringian Ministry of Finance since 2014 . Before that, he was State Secretary in the Thuringian Ministry of Social Affairs, Family and Health from 2009 to 2014 . From 2004 to 2009 and briefly in 2014 he was a member of the Thuringian state parliament .
Life
Hartmut Schubert attended from 1966 to 1976, the Polytechnic High School in Gößnitz and completed from 1976 to 1979 in the VEB Galvanotechnik Leipzig a professional education for electroplating . Between 1979 and 1981 he did his basic military service and in 1981 began studying chemistry at the University of Leipzig . He completed this prematurely with his diploma thesis in the field of synthetic organic chemistry . From 1986 Hartmut Schubert worked as a research assistant at the University of Leipzig and a little later began his dissertation on the subject of "Representation of nereistoxin- derived 1,3-dithiolane structures", which he completed with a doctorate. rer. nat. completed.
From 1990 to 1994 he was head of the environment department in the former district of Schmölln . In 1995 he was deputy councilor in the newly formed district of Altenburger Land . He held this office until his election to the Thuringian state parliament in 2004.
Hartmut Schubert has been married to Angela Schubert since 1984 and has two sons. His residence is Gößnitz.
Political career
Hartmut Schubert has been a member of the SPD since February 1, 1990 and has been the district chairman of the SPD in Altenburger Land since 1995. On July 1, 2004, he succeeded in entering the Thuringian state parliament. In the SPD parliamentary group from 2004 to 2009 he was spokesman for economics, energy and technology, as well as head of the parliamentary group working group for economics, infrastructure, environment and finance. In addition to Walter Pilger , he represented his parliamentary group as a full member of the Committee on Economics, Technology and Labor. From September 22nd to November 3rd, 2009 Schubert was deputy chairman of the Thuringian SPD parliamentary group.
At the state party conference of the SPD Thuringia on June 7, 2008, Hartmut Schubert was elected as deputy to the state chairman of the Thuringian SPD , Christoph Matschie , alongside Heike Taubert (Member of the Bundestag), Iris Gleicke (Member of the Bundestag) and Frank Roßner , District Administrator of the Saale-Orla district. He held this office until March 6, 2010.
Hartmut Schubert is a member of the district assembly in Altenburger Land and holds the office of deputy chairman of the SPD district assembly there . In his hometown of Gößnitz he sits on the city council for the SPD . Schubert was a member of the Board of Directors of Sparkasse Altenburger Land until October 25, 2009 .
As part of the change of government after the state elections in 2009 , Schubert was appointed State Secretary in the Ministry for Social Affairs, Family and Health led by Heike Taubert (SPD) and left the state parliament. For him moved Frank Weber after the state parliament. In the 2014 state elections , he won another seat in the Thuringian state parliament, ranking 10th on his party's state list. With the swearing-in of the Ramelow I cabinet on December 5, 2014, he was appointed State Secretary in the Thuringian Ministry of Finance, which in turn is led by Heike Taubert. Therefore he resigned his seat in the state parliament again, his successor was Birgit Pelke .
