history

Shortly before Curt Robert von Welck auf Riesa (1798–1866), who had Moritz Ziller build his estate in Waldstrasse 32/34 in 1862 , Henning von Arnim applied for construction work on his property. Moritz Ziller designed and built the manor house (no.20f) before 1861, and in the following months up to 1862 the remaining outbuildings (stable, no.20) and the carriage house (no.20g) as well as two more followed on the left side of the driveway Farm buildings on the right side of the driveway that were demolished after 1980.

In 1920 the property belonged to Luise Gräfin zur Lippe-Biesterfeld-Weißenfeld, nee. von Arnim, on Teichnitz, plus Frieda Princess zur Lippe (resident in Baruth) and Franziska de Neergaard (resident in Taarnboorg, Denmark). In addition to a land tenant and a gardener, Lieutenant General z. D. Max Morgenstern-Döring and a major Kurt von Schütz rented the apartment.

House Arnim was completely renovated in 2003.
