Not far away are the Weißenburg train station, the buildings of the Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen district office , the former commandant's house of the Wülzburg , the Villa Bahnhofstrasse 14 and the Weißenburger Südfriedhof . There used to be part of the city wall not far from this point, which was demolished in the 19th century to create a road.

The building was erected in 1890 in the neo-renaissance style. The building was created like numerous other villas in the Weißenburg city area, when wealthier families built villas on the edge of the old town in the course of industrialization. The two-storey saddle roof building is in the corner and was built in brick-faced construction with divisions in natural stone . It has a central risalit with decorative gables . The balcony is cast iron .
