House Wiedemann

The Wiedemann house is located in Bremen , Schwachhausen district, Gete district, Schwachhauser Heerstraße 163. The residential and practice house was built in 1914 according to plans by Alfred Runge and Eduard Scotland . It has been a listed building in Bremen since 1998 .

history

The two-storey, clinkered, rectangular villa with a basement , hipped roof and loggia as well as a clearly structured facade was built in 1913/14 at the turn of the century in a country house style for the doctor Otto H. Wiedemann. The garage from 1950 was dismantled in 1960 for an access road. A separate apartment was later set up in the basement. The practice was founded in the 1950s and 60s by the internist Dr. Rewerts managed.

The architects Runge and Scotland in Schwachhausen u. a. the house Runge , Landhaus Herbst and the houses Schwachhauser Ring 2 and 4 .

Today (2018) the house is used by several apartments.
