Heavy Equipment Production Company ( HEPCO ) is an Iranian company that manufactures construction machinery , agricultural machinery, railway wagons , trucks and equipment for the petroleum companies , energy , metal and mining industries in Arak . The company is the largest manufacturer of heavy machinery in the Middle East . It employs around 1,500 people and has an annual production capacity of 4,800 units.
