Heide Degen (born October 13, 1937 in Düsseldorf ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and was a member of the Hessian state parliament .

Heide Degen has been a CDU member since 1971 and has been chairwoman of the CDU district association Bockenheim since 1973. From 1972 to 1978 she represented the CDU in the Frankfurt city ​​council.

Since December 1, 1978 she was a member of the Hessian state parliament, where she was directly elected several times in the constituency of Frankfurt am Main II and otherwise moved into parliament via the CDU state list. From 1987 to 1995 Degen acted as head of the parliamentary group working group on science and art and from 1995 to 1999 the trained lawyer headed the state parliament committee for the same department, and since 1999 she has been chairwoman of the state parliament's legal committee. In the course of her career, Ms. Degen was a member of the main committee, the European committee, the science committee as deputy chairwoman and chairwoman of the legal committee. Ulrich Caspar was his successor in the Landtag in 2003 . Ms. Degen was a member of parliament from the 9th to the 15th electoral term, i.e. 25 years.

In 1999 she was a member of the 10th Federal Assembly .
