History and description
The villa was built in 1902 . Stylistically, the villa belongs to historicism . One of the noticeable features is the tower - with the " Welschen Haube ", which is unusual for the Darmstadt region , on the southwest corner. The neo-baroque gable on the west side is remarkable .
Also noteworthy are the carved wood balcony , the base and the facade decoration .
The decorative fencing also belongs to the historic property ; which is now partially on the subsequently separated and built-up, northern neighboring property.
