Heidrun Friedel-Howe

Heidrun Friedel-Howe (born Heidrun Howe ; * 1943 ) is a German organizational psychologist .

Life

Howe studied psychology (diploma) and in 1979 at the Faculty of Psychology and Education at the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich with a thesis alienation in industrial work, recognition of socialization theoretical framework of psychological mediation situational alienation potentials for Dr. rer. pole. PhD. She was a student of Lutz von Rosenstiel . 1986 habilitation them with the work The under-representation of women in management . Your supervisor was Rainer Marr .

She received the venia legendi and worked as a private lecturer at the University of Munich. Friedel-Howe worked as an employee at the Institute for Personnel and Organizational Research at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich in Neubiberg , headed by Rainer Marr . In 1991 she was appointed professor for organizational psychology with a special focus on human resource management .
