Heigertgasse 7

The house at Heigertgasse 7 is a town house in Weißenburg in Bavaria , a large district town in the Weissenburg-Gunzenhausen district in Middle Franconia . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-169 as a monument in the Bavarian list of monuments.

The building is located within the Weißenburg old town not far from the city wall and north of Luitpoldstrasse at a height of 425 meters above  sea ​​level . The structure is a two-storey saddle roof construction in a corner position with half-timbering. The portal , like the building itself, dates from the early 17th century.

The house is the birthplace of the artist Karl Hemmeter .
