Heiko Schwartz (born September 21, 1911 in Norden , † October 29, 1973 in Gütersloh ) was a German water polo player and swimmer.

Schwartz first took part in the 1932 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, where he was in the water polo, together with his teammates Erich Rademacher , Fritz Gunst , Otto Cordes , Emil Benecke , Joachim "Aki" Rademacher , Hans Schulze and Hans Eckstein in the final group only reached second place and thus got the silver medal. The water polo team from Hungary achieved gold. Schwartz scored four goals in the four games of the tournament.

At the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin he took part again, this time over 100 meters freestyle, but could not place.
