Heinrich Franssen

Heinrich Joseph Hubert Franssen (born May 23, 1830 in Cologne , † November 7, 1881 in Bonn ) was a vineyard owner, merchant and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Franssen attended high school at Marzellen in Cologne. Until 1873 was a merchant and traveled a. a. to Italy. In the war of 1870/71 he was repeatedly with the Red Cross in France.

From 1873 he was a member of the Prussian House of Representatives and from 1874 of the German Reichstag for the constituency administrative district Aachen 1 ( Schleiden - Malmedy ) and the center . He retained both mandates until his death.
