Heinrich Johann Justi (born February 12, 1876 in Lützelwig ; † April 6, 1945 there ) was a German farmer , landowner and politician ( DNVP , CNBL ).

Life

The son of a farmer completed an agricultural training and in 1904 took over his father's estate in Lützelwig. In addition to his professional activity, he was chairman of the agricultural district association and deputy chairman of the district farmers' association in Homberg and a member of the board of the Chamber of Agriculture in Kassel . He was also a member of the church government of the Evangelical Church in Hessen-Kassel . Later he was the owner of a timber business.

Justi joined the German National People's Party (DNVP). He was mayor of Lützelwig, a member of the district council and the district committee in the Homberg district and a member of the state committee in Kassel. From 1919 to 1926 he was a member of the Kassel Municipal Parliament and the Provincial Parliament of the Hesse-Nassau Province . In December 1924 he was elected to the Prussian state parliament and in May 1928 he was re-elected. He left the parliamentary group of the German Nationalists in August 1930, was then a non-attached member of parliament and on October 14, 1930, he joined the German parliamentary group as a member of the Christian National Peasant and Rural People's Party (CNBL) . After his return to the German Nationals, he was again a member of the DNVP parliamentary group from January 20, 1932. In the same year he resigned from parliament at the end of the legislative period. In the Prussian state parliament he represented constituency 19 (Hessen-Nassau).
