Heinrich Kerkring († 1613)

Heinrich Kerkring (* before 1585 in Lübeck ; † June 28, 1613 there ) was a German politician and councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck.

Life

Heinrich Kerkring was the son of the Lübeck councilor Johann Kerkring . In 1585 he became a member of the patrician Lübeck Circle Society . In 1597 he was elected to the Lübeck council. In 1603 he was Lübeck's ambassador, together with the mayor Conrad Garmers , the Lübeck council secretary Johan Brambach and the interpreter Zacharias Meier at the Tsar Boris Godunow's in Moscow.

Kerkring was married to a daughter of the Lübeck mayor Arnold Bonnus ; the councilor Heinrich Kerkring († 1670) was his son. Councilor Paul Kerkring was his brother.
