Heinrich Niem (born May 10, 1906 in Bucholtwelmen ; † August 20, 1944 ) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Life

The son of a teacher attended elementary school in Obrighoven and high schools in Wesel and Kleve . After graduating from high school, Niem studied law at the universities of Rostock , Münster and Cologne .

Niem joined the NSDAP on January 1, 1931 ( membership number 425.724). In 1931 he became the local group leader of Uedem and district propaganda leader for Kleve . From 1932 he was NSDAP district leader and adjutant to the Gau leader, Josef Terboven , and Gau inspector in Gau Essen .

After the transfer of power to the National Socialists , Niem was a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 22 (Düsseldorf East) from November 1933 until the end of the National Socialist regime . Since April 1933 he was also district deputy of the Krefeld-Kempen district . In addition, from January 1933 he was NSDAP district leader for Viersen - Kempen ; in March 1938 he moved to the Gladbach-Rheydt district in the same position . He also appeared for the party as a Gauredner and was senior division leader of the NSDAP.

During the Second World War , Niem was drafted into the Wehrmacht in May 1942 , where he was the last lieutenant in the reserve in a fusilier regiment. Niem's ​​whereabouts are unknown. The Mönchengladbach District Court declared him dead in 1952, setting the date of death to August 20, 1944.
