Heinrich Praml

Heinrich Praml (born July 10, 1912 in Oberanschiessing ; † February 18, 2004 ) was a German politician ( CSU ).

Life

Praml attended elementary school, vocational school and several courses for vocational training. In 1935 he finished his apprenticeship in masonry with a journeyman's examination . During the Second World War he served as a soldier and lieutenant and was wounded. After the war he attended the master school in Landshut , which he left at the end of 1947 with the master’s examination. He then opened a construction business in Neuhausen . In 1962 he became head master of the Deggendorf building guild.

From 1952 to 1972 Praml was a council member and second mayor of the Offenberg community , and in 1960 he moved into the district council of the Deggendorf district . He was the district chairman of the CSU in the district of Deggendorf and the leading district chairman of the Deggendorf constituency , district chairman of the CSU medium-sized group and the German trade association in Lower Bavaria . From 1966 to 1978 he was a member of the Bavarian State Parliament . He was initially elected directly in the district of Deggendorf-Stadt und - Land , Landau an der Isar , then in 1974 in the new district of Deggendorf .
