Heinrich Raeithel

Heinrich Gottfried Raeithel (born March 15, 1842 in Schwarzenbach an der Saale ; † February 20, 1896 there ) was mayor, manufacturer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Raeithel attended the Latin school in Hof , the trade school in Wunsiedel and the higher weaving school in Chemnitz . From 1860 to 1863 he worked in factory shops in Saxony and Bohemia and from 1864 was a partner in the Carl Künzel company, manufacturing woolen and cotton manufactured goods in Schwarzenbach. From 1869 he was a member of the local municipal colleges, from 1876 to 1881 and from 1888 to 1896 mayor. He was also a member of the Rehau District Council for 15 years and from 1882 to 1887 a member of the District Council of Upper Franconia.

From 1890 to 1893 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Upper Franconia  1 ( Hof , Naila , Rehau , Münchberg ) and the German Liberal Party .
