Heinrich Wiltberger

Heinrich Wiltberger (born March 13, 1873 in Colmar ; † October 6, 1936 in Pfalzburg ) was a lawyer and member of the German Reichstag .

Life

Wiltberger attended the seminar practice school in Schlettstadt from 1879 to 1881 , then the grammar school there until 1886 and the grammar school in Colmar until 1891. He studied law and political science at the universities in Freiburg , Leipzig and Strasbourg . Since September 1900 he was a notary in Lauterburg and a member of the local council there.

From 1903 to 1912 he was a member of the German Reichstag for the constituency of Reichsland Alsace-Lorraine 10 ( Hagenau , Weißenburg ). In 1903 he was elected as a candidate for the Alsatian Protest Party and in 1907 as a candidate for the Center Party .

In 1911 he was elected for the center in the constituency of Weißenburg-Lauterburg-Selz in the second chamber of the Landtag of the Reichsland Alsace-Lorraine , to which he belonged until 1918.
