Heinrich Certik
Heinrich Zertik (* 12. May 1957 in KASTEK , USSR , now Kazakhstan ) is a German politician of the CDU and was a deputy in the 18th German Bundestag .
Origin and private life
Heinrich Zertik was born in Kastek in the Kazakh SSR of the Soviet Union (today Almaty Province , Kazakhstan ) as a member of the German minority . In 1989, like most members of the German minority in the Almaty province, he moved to Germany with his wife and daughter .
Political career
Heinrich Zertik is co-founder and 1st chairman of the Association Friendship-Druschba e. V. In his place of residence Schieder-Schwalenberg he was a member of the city council from 2004 to September 2013 . Since 2002, Zertik has been a member of the board of the Lippian CDU and its representative for resettled issues, also a member of the CDU network for resettled issues, from 2004 to May 2014 a competent citizen in the district council ( youth welfare committee , social committee), since 2003 coordinator for the integration work with resettled people in the Kreis Lippe , vice chairman of the Association for the Integration of Russian-German Resettlers. Heinrich Zertik has been a full member of the state board of the East and Central German Association (OMV) in the CDU North Rhine-Westphalia since 2011 . Since 2012 he has been a member of the state executive committee of the CDU North Rhine-Westphalia and since 2014 chairman of the state network for emigrants in the CDU North Rhine-Westphalia. Heinrich Zertik has been a permanent advisory participant of the federal executive board of the CDU in Germany and chairman of the network of German repatriates, the former conference of emigrants commissioners.
For the state elections in North Rhine-Westphalia in 2012 , Heinrich Zertik sought to run for the constituency of Lippe III , but was defeated in an internal selection by Konrad Hambrügge, who, however, missed entry into the state parliament .

For the 2013 federal election , Heinrich Zertik did not run as a direct candidate for the federal constituency Höxter - Lippe II , which includes his place of residence, but was able to move into the 18th German Bundestag via the state list. In addition to the direct candidate Christian Haase , Heinrich Zertik was the second CDU politician from the Höxter - Lippe II constituency in Berlin. He was also the first Russian-German member in the German Bundestag .
Certik was a full member of the Interior Committee and the Committee on Human Rights and Humanitarian Aid, as well as a deputy member of the Committee on Culture and Media. He was also deputy chairman of the working group for emigrants, displaced persons and German minorities.
