Heinrich von Rittberg

Heinrich Georg Adalbert Max von Rittberg-Stangenberg (born February 17, 1823 on the Stangenberg estate , Stuhm district ( West Prussia ); † April 24, 1897 there ) was a German administrative lawyer, manor owner and member of parliament.

Life

Heinrich von Rittberg attended the Marienwerder grammar school . After graduating from high school, he studied law at the Albertus University in Königsberg . In 1843 he became a member of the Normannia Corpsland Team . After completing his studies, he entered the Prussian civil service and became a government assessor with the government in Marienwerder . From 1858 to 1867 he was district administrator of the Stuhm district . Count Rittberg was majorate and owner of the manor in Stangenberg , Stuhm district. As a district deputy, he was appointed head of the district of Stangenberg in 1874. He was a member and from 1885 to 1890 chairman of the Provincial Parliament of the Province of West Prussia . From 1890 to 1894 he was chairman of the provincial committee.
