Heinrich von Keyserlingk

Heinrich Graf von Keyserlingk (born November 7, 1861 in Berlin ; † 1941 ) was a German manor owner, administrative and court official and parliamentarian.

family

Heinrich von Keyserlingk was the son of the majorate lord, castle captain and master of ceremonies Otto Graf von Keyserlingk and Elisabeth born. von Alvensleben , re-wed Countess zu Eulenburg . His stepfather was the Prussian Prime Minister and Interior Minister Botho zu Eulenburg . He himself was married to Cecile von Below . His brother-in-law was the manor and parliamentarian Wernher von Quistorp .

Life

Von Keyserlingk attended high school in Naumburg (Saale) , Hanover and Berlin . At the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn and the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin he studied law as well as practical agriculture and forestry . In 1879 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn .

After the legal traineeship, von Keyserlingk became entrant commissioner in Neustadt in West Prussia and an administrative officer. From 1893 to 1907 he was district administrator of the Neustadt district in West Prussia . He then became senior president and general landscape director of West Prussia.

Von Keyserlingk was a member of the West Prussian Provincial Parliament and from 1904 to 1918 a member of the Prussian mansion . He was the royal chamberlain .
