Helene Partik-Pablé (born August 12, 1939 in Vienna ) is a retired Austrian judge and politician ( BZÖ ).

Life

Helene Partik-Pablé worked as a secretary and accountant. From 1964 to 1968 she attended the Bundesrealgymnasium for working people in Vienna- Rudolfsheim-Fünfhaus . She then completed her law degree at the University of Vienna (Dr. iur. 1973).

This was followed by the entry into the court service and in 1977 the appointment as a judge. She worked as an examining magistrate in the Vienna General Hospital scandal and thus became known in Austria. In 1981 she was named Man of the Year by trend for her dedicated work on this corruption case .

She began her political career in the FPÖ Vienna / Döbling . From 1983 to 2006 she was a member of the National Council . On April 28, 2006 she announced her exit from the FPÖ and switched to the BZÖ . She was considered a close confidante of Jörg Haider until his death .

On May 10, 1999, she made a private race- theoretical statement about black Africans in the direction of MPs Stoisits : “Just ask the officials about the nature of black Africans! Not only do they look different from what you said today, but they are different too, and they are particularly aggressive. Obviously, this is in the nature of these people. They are mostly there illegally, they are mostly drug dealers , and they are extremely aggressive when they are objected to by law enforcement officials . ”( Helene Partik-Pablé ) The Green Club bob- wife Petrovic made it a case of rules of procedure, but it was not followed up there. According to the head of the security office at the time, Max Edelbacher , Africans legally living in Vienna are below average criminal and aggressive. At that time, it is estimated that a disproportionately large number of the lower drug dealers were black Africans, but this does not allow any further conclusions or even the reverse . In 2001 she made a slightly different statement: “I'll stick with it: According to statistics and the experience of the executive, African drug dealers are particularly aggressive. [...] Possibly the people are trimmed for it too. We know that black African drug dealers are supposed to say that the executive has treated them racially. Perhaps they will also be told that they should be aggressive. ”( Pre- notification for News 8/01 of February 22, 2001) In 2005 she put a parliamentary question on“ North African drug dealers in Innsbruck ”.
