Helge Breloer

Helge Breloer , nee Martin , (born October 28, 1937 in Mönchengladbach ; † April 23, 2011 in Dortmund ) was a German lawyer and non-fiction author. She was an appraiser and valuation expert for trees and shrubs.

Life

Helge Breloer was the daughter of Illa and Ernst J. Martin . She attended the Liebfrauenschule in Mulhouse and studied law in Cologne , Freiburg and Munich . She worked as a freelance expert for tree care , traffic safety of trees and wood valuation . From 1982 to 2009 she was publicly appointed and sworn in as an expert by the North Rhine-Westphalia Chamber of Agriculture for these specialist areas . From 2001 to 2008 she was a lecturer for appraisers and wood valuation at the Osnabrück University of Applied Sciences .

With Werner Koch had worked from 1983 until his death in 1993 and then led his development of asset value method for Baumwert- and tree damage calculation, so designated by the Federal Court and recognized in practice and jurisprudence "Method Cooking" section. She also worked for a number of years with Claus Mattheck from the Karlsruhe Research Center in the field of tree damage analysis .

On the subject of trees and law, Helge Breloer frequently published articles in horticultural and forestry magazines and legal journals. The mother of three children died there on Easter weekend 2011 at the age of 73 after a horse inflicted serious internal injuries on her on April 5, 2011.
