Henner Höhs
Henner Höhs (born October 3, 1944 in Aschersleben ) is a German editor, producer and author.
biography
Höhs grew up in Hamburg and Frankfurt am Main. There he attended the classical Lessing-Gymnasium , where he also passed the Abitur. From 1964 to 1968 he studied German, theater studies, journalism and sociology at the Free University of Berlin .
He initially worked as a freelance editor for the television play department of ZDF and in 1969, after completing an internship, he was employed as a dramaturge in the main television play department at Südwestfunk Baden-Baden. He began translating and editing television films and in 1974 wrote the screenplay for the TATORT episode "Playback or The Show Goes On ". He has also written skits, reviews, and other articles for Südwestfunk radio.
In 1975 he switched to the ARD film editorial team in Frankfurt am Main as editor for the selection, purchase and German editing of series, television and cinema films, and he became its deputy director. He also took over the management of Degeto's dubbing department .
In 1995 he returned to Baden-Baden as head of series and entertainment at SWF television , became a member of the joint editorial team for series in the main evening program and produced television films as well as series and entertainment shows. He was responsible for the successful resumption of the series “ Do you understand fun? "With the moderator Cherno Jobatey and the new edition of the" Deutsche Schlagerfestspiele "with Dieter Thomas Heck . In addition, he was editorially responsible for the first few years of the program “ Immer wieder Sundays ” with Max Schautzer .
In 1999 he moved to Leipzig and has been working as a freelance writer, format developer and script doctor ever since. His publications also include three children's books that appeared under the pseudonym "Laura Foster".
