Henning Lemmer
Henning Lemmer (born November 25, 1931 in Berlin ) is a former German politician ( CDU ).
Henning Lemmer is the son of the future Federal Minister Ernst Lemmer (1898–1970). He attended high school and graduated from high school in 1950 . He then studied law at the Universities of Cologne , Freiburg i. Br. And Berlin. In 1951 he joined the CDU and in 1959 passed the Grand State Examination . He was appointed to the senior government council in 1960 .
In the Berlin election in 1967 , Lemmer was elected to the District Assembly (BVV) in the Zehlendorf district. In the following election in 1971 he was elected to the Berlin House of Representatives. In the 1975 election he was first re-elected to parliament, but the Berlin electoral examination court objected to the mandate in November 1975. Two months later, after the re- election in January 1976, Lemmer was returned to the direct mandate in the constituency of Zehlendorf 3. After the 1985 election , he was elected to the district councilor by BVV in the Steglitz district, and held this office until 1989.
