Herr Rossi dreams (original title I sogni del signor Rossi ) is an Italian animated film from 1977 by Bruno Bozzetto . It is the second full-length film with Mr. Rossi . After Carlo Romano's death , Giuseppe Rinaldi became the new voice actor for Mr. Rossi.

After a long and tiring week at work, Mr. Rossi returns home, where his dog Gastone awaits him, who wants to go out after a week of solitude - especially to the cinema. The heroes of the dog are movie heroes as well as heroes from books and in these heroes he sees his master again. We experience Mr. Rossi in the roles of Tarzan, astronaut, Sherlock Holmes, Zorro, film star, Sir Lancelot, Baron Frankenstein and Aladin. But after all these dreams, Mr Rossi sadly returns to the mediocrity of his everyday life.
