The Catholic Herrgottsruhkapelle in Haldenwang , a municipality in the Swabian district of Günzburg ( Bavaria ), was built around 1600 and renovated in 1733. The chapel on Roßhaupter Weg is a protected architectural monument .

The small hipped roof building has an open loggia with three round arched, groin-vaulted arcades with painted columns of the Tuscan order .

The poorly preserved frescoes on the front sides are dedicated to the passion themes of Jesus on the Mount of Olives , flagellation and Veronica, who gives Jesus the kerchief . In the middle vault, God the Father is depicted flanked by angels with the instruments of suffering .

The crucifix in front of a panorama of Jerusalem is dated to the first quarter of the 17th century.
