Highspeed - Leben am Limit (Original title: Combustión ) is a Spanish feature film by the director Daniel Calparsoro from 2013. It was presented at the 16th Malaga Spanish Film Festival. Carlos Jean wrote the soundtrack.

action

The film is set in Madrid. A gang of robbers uses a woman as bait to break into their homes. After one last thing, they want to retire. The gang trio plans to rob Julia's jewelry store that she inherited from her parents. She just got engaged to Mikel, a former racing driver who moved in with her.

To achieve their goal, they rely on the charm of Ari, who is now trying to get closer to Mikel. The two get to know each other at a party and spend a night together. Through them he gets into the world of imposture, fraud and illegal car racing.

He soon realizes that Ari and her friend Navas only use him to get information for their next coup.
