One day, however, a buyer appears in the basement and a family moves in shortly afterwards. From now on it is as chaotic in the house as the elf likes it. As a guardian angel, he also has the task of protecting the children from evil. After a while, the new maid, Anne Secker, moves in, whom Hobberdy knew when she was a little girl. The two of them often have to deal with strange ghosts and other figures, which, however, mostly turn out to be friendly.
