Hohenerlach (in the local dialect: [ hœːnˈeːlɐd ]) is a village in the Upper Austrian Innviertel and part of the municipality Taiskirchen im Innkreis in the district of Ried im Innkreis .
history
The first documentary mention as Hochenerlach can be found in the "Boundary, Goods and People's Description of the Schärding Regional Court" and dates from 1433.
In February 1911, a depository of silver coins from the period 1623 to 1737 was found in the village of Hohenerlach during the demolition of house No. 8 under the planking of the attic.
