Holly Elisabeth Lam-Moores (born September 12, 1990 in Burnley , United Kingdom ) is a former British handball player and handball coach .

Career

Lam-Moores started playing handball in 2004. The daughter of a Chinese woman later moved to Denmark, where she and the players of the British national handball team prepared for the 2012 Summer Olympics at an academy in Aarhus . In 2009 she joined the Norwegian club Asker SK . After Lam-Moores from the start of the season 2010/11 the Danish second division side AGF was under contract who joined winger to first division in October 2010 SønderjyskE . After SønderjyskE relegated at the end of the 2010/11 season, she returned to England to prepare for the Olympic Games there with the British national team. In the summer of 2012, she signed a contract with Danish first division club Viborg HK . On April 4, 2013, she left Viborg prematurely. She later joined the British club NEM Hawks.

Lam-Moores is a member of the British national team. She was part of the British squad with which she took part in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London .

Lam-Moores coached the UK U17 national team from 2016 to July 2017.

Holly Lam-Moores is in a relationship with the English soccer player Abbie McManus .
