The Hombergturm is a lookout tower on the Hochwacht south of the Homberg in the municipality of Reinach in the canton of Aargau .
situation
The tower, built in 1910, is a concrete framework construction with a height of 16.90 meters. In 1991 the tower was renovated. 91 steps in 3 different construction methods lead to the viewing platform.
In about 5–10 minutes, hiking trails lead from the Ober Flügelberg car park to the observation tower.
The tower offers a panoramic view from the Uetliberg to the Balmhorn . A panorama board informs visitors about the possible view.
