Horst Lahr

Horst Lahr (born September 2, 1913 in Halle (Saale) , † June 26, 2008 in Potsdam ) was a German Protestant theologian .

Life

Lahr studied Protestant theology at Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität and in 1932 (with Horst Gärtner ) became a member of the Corps Guestphalia Berlin . In 1933 he joined the NSDAP . He was pastor at the Pentecostal Church (Potsdam) , general superintendent of the district Neuruppin and honorary canon of the cathedral monastery of St. Peter and Paul (Brandenburg an der Havel) . In 1951 he was awarded a Dr. theol. PhD .
