Hubert Knobloch
Hubert Knobloch (born December 19, 1939 ; † December 6, 2004 in Berlin ) was a German sports journalist and reporter .
Hubert Knobloch came from Greiz (East Thuringia). He counted alongside Heinz-Florian Oertel and Wolfgang Hempel of the best known sports reporters of the GDR - Radio Broadcasting .
Knobloch worked for a long time for Radio DDR I and reported a. a. for the GDR radio from the final of the football World Cup in 1990. In 1990 Knobloch switched to Sachsenradio in Leipzig. From 1992 to the end of 2003 Knobloch worked for the MDR , in particular for MDR Info .
Among other things, he reported on the sports of soccer , handball , tennis , gymnastics , canoeing , biathlon and Nordic skiing and on numerous World and European Championships and the Olympic Games . He also reported on numerous soccer games in the Second Bundesliga and other games in the broadcasting area of the MDR.
