Hugo Leichtsinn geht um is the fourth and last part of a loose cartoon series by the DEFA studio for animated films by Hans-Ulrich Wiemer from 1964 .
action
Before the film gets to the actual topic, Hugo carelessly sits on a branch that he saws off on the wrong side, which is why he falls down himself.
Four gentlemen are sitting in a forest restaurant who are going on an excursion with their bicycles, which they now want to end in a cozy atmosphere and with a few glasses of beer. The chants are getting happier and the men are getting more and more drunk. After midnight, they finally want to go home with their bikes, but already have big problems getting on. They take up the entire width of the street with their wheels, so that the driver of an oncoming car cannot see them in time when cornering. There are now three seriously injured men in the cemetery who have to bury a friend, which was not necessary.
