The Hummelsberg is 1002.1 m above sea level. NHN high mountain on the southwestern edge of the Swabian Alb near Gosheim in the Tuttlingen district .
The Hummelsberg is one of the so-called ten thousand - these are the ten mountains or elevations of the Swabian Alb with a height of 1000 m and more - in the area of the Großer Heuberg . Together with the throats and the high forest , it forms a mountain range that continues south to the Dreifaltigkeitsberg . In excellent weather, the view extends from the Hummelsberg to the northern peaks of the Swiss Alps and in the west to the Black Forest .
