I Love Money is an American reality television series produced by Mark Cronin, Cris Abrego and Ben Samek of the production company 51 Minds on behalf of the television channel VH1 . Candidates from various VH1 shows, the so-called "Celebreality" shows, compete against each other in the race for 250,000 US dollars. In different disciplines it is up to the candidate to show mental and physical strength and to try it with cunning and trickery to stay in the race for as long as possible. Memorable scenes from past VH1 shows serve as the basis for the disciplines. Craig J. Jackson hosted the show's first two seasons.
First season - I Love Money (2008)

On July 6, 2008, I Love Money, the fourth offshoot of the dating show Flavor of Love, went on air. In 14 episodes, 17 former candidates from the shows Flavor of Love , Rock of Love and I Love New York competed for prize money of US $ 250,000.
Hoopz won the competition, and in 2006 she was named the winner of the first season of Flavor of Love .
The German premiere on MTV is planned for July 2009. With the earlier broadcast of the Charm School: Rock of Love Girls show, which takes place after I Love Money , MTV does not receive the original sequence of the series with related content.
In the program, the candidates are listed under their real first names or under the nicknames given by Flavor Flav and New York . Exceptions are Brandi Cunningham and Cindy Steele, who appear as "Brandi C." and "Rodeo" as in Rock of Love .

On February 2, 2009, I Love Money 2, the second season of the game show went on air. In addition to candidates from the series Flavor of Love , Rock of Love and I Love New York , candidates from the first season of the show Real Chance of Love competed for $ 250,000 for the first time .
Heat and The Entertainer, candidates of the first season, took part again, but were eliminated in the middle of the season. In addition to the former Rock of Love candidates, Leilene, formerly “Smiley”, and Saaphyri were also listed under their real names.
The winner of the second season is Myammee from Miami, who was able to assert herself in the finals against the winner of I Love New York 2 , Tailor Made. The new season started on August 10, 2010 on MTV.

Third Season - I Love Money 3 (2009)

Production of I Love Money 3 started in June 2009 and ended in August. The show featured candidates from Flavor of Love , I Love New York , Rock of Love , Real Chance of Love , Daisy of Love , For the Love of Ray J, and Megan Wants a Millionaire . The show was filmed in Mexico and, because of the swine flu, not as planned in Costa Rica.
The airing of I Love Money 3 was scheduled for January 2010, but VH1 postponed the airing in August 2009 because Ryan Jenkins , a candidate for Megan Wants a Millionaire , should be involved in the murder of Playboy model Jasmine Fiore . Lacey Conner of Rock of Love , which also took part in the show, announced shortly after arriving from Mexico on their MySpace page announced that the show will not be broadcast. Jenkins was found dead in a motel on August 24, 2009. The police assume suicide. That same day, VH1 stated on its website that I Love Money 3 was not airing.
VH1 did not announce anything about the show, but the following list of candidates, including the order of departure, was announced on several websites. Whether this is guaranteed to be true can never be confirmed. It is also still not known who the winner of I Love Money 3 will be .

Production of I Love Money 4 began in August 2009 and ended in September 2009. The show included contestants from I Love New York , Rock of Love , Real Chance of Love , Daisy of Love , For the Love of Ray J and Megan Wants a millionaire . Production took place in Manzanillo, Mexico.
This season was originally supposed to be canceled, but VH1 aired it from September 16, 2010 to December 1, 2010.
Mindy Hall was able to prevail against the competition in the final and thus won the prize money.
