Ian Garrison (born April 14, 1998 in Decatur , Georgia ) is an American cyclist.

Athletic career

In 2016, Ian Garrison took bronze in the individual time trial at the Junior Road World Championships . In 2017 he received a contract from the Hagens Berman Axeon team from Axel Merckx . In the same year he finished second in the Kattekoers , the U23 race from Gent-Wevelgem and won a stage of the Tour de Beauce , and in 2018 a stage of the Alsace tour .

In April 2019, Garrison finished second in the overall ranking of the Triptyque des Monts et Châteaux after finishing fourth the year before. In June he became the national U23 individual time trial champion, a week later he was also the US elite time trial champion. In September of that year he was runner-up in the U23 time trial at the road world championships.
