The Iggelbach is a five kilometer long left and west tributary of the Helmbach in the Rhineland-Palatinate district of Bad Dürkheim .

Iggelbach rises in the central Palatinate Forest about one kilometer west of the village of Iggelbach and then flows through it. Also in the further course it flows eastwards. It finally flows into the Helmbach coming from the south-west at the Frechental forestry lodge east of the Großer Schweinsberg ( 405.7 m )
The Iggelbach is located along its entire length in the district of Elmstein .
