The Igushik River is a 110 km long tributary of Bristol Bay in southwestern Alaska .

The Igushik River forms the outflow of Amanka Lake . It flows in a predominantly southerly direction, with a strongly meandering behavior with numerous river bends and oxbow lakes. The village of Manokotak is located 83 km above the mouth on the eastern bank of the river. The Igushik River finally flows into Nushagak Bay on the east side of the Nushagak Peninsula . Further east, the Snake River and Nushagak River flow into the bay. The river is entirely within the Togiak National Wildlife Refuge . In summer, sockeye salmon ( Oncorhynchus nerka ) migrate up the river to their spawning grounds .
