Ilse Oel (born May 28, 1932 in Dortmund ; † June 21, 2004 in Letmathe ) was a German politician and member of the state parliament ( CDU ).

Life and work

After visiting the elementary school and the high school with the completion of the baccalaureate she was first employed by the Federal Post Office. She then completed a teaching degree at the Pedagogical University in Dortmund and passed the first state examination in 1956 and the second in 1952. She then worked in the school service.

Oel became a member of the CDU in 1972. She was represented in numerous CDU committees and was particularly involved in the European Women's Union. She was also deputy state chairwoman of the CDU women in Westphalia / Lippe. Oel was the recipient of the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon.

MPs

From May 30, 1985 to May 30, 1990, Oel was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia . She was elected from her party's national list.

She was a member of the district council of the Märkischer Kreis from 1979 until her death. She was temporarily a member of the Regional Assembly of the Regional Association of Westphalia-Lippe .
