The Incheon Football Stadium ( kor. 인천 축구 전용 경기장 , also Sungui Arena Park ) is a football stadium in the South Korean city of Incheon , Gyeonggi-do Province . Incheon United has been playing its home games in the arena since March 11, 2012 . The soccer franchise currently (2016) plays in the K League Classic , the top division in South Korea.
In front of the new stadium, the time-honored Incheon Sungeui Stadium stood at this point before it was torn down and replaced by the Incheon football stadium. The stadium was one of the venues for the men's and women's soccer tournaments at the 2014 Asian Games . It offers visitors 20,891 seats. The roof structure spans the two-story main and opposite stands as well as the one-story rear-gate stand in the south in a horseshoe shape. The north side is open.
