The Ingelbach is an almost two kilometer long right and northeast tributary of the Wied in the Rhineland-Palatinate district of Altenkirchen (Westerwald) .

The Ingelbach rises at an altitude of about 313  m above sea level. NN west of Ingelbach in the Waldflur Above in the Ingelbach. It initially flows a good two hundred meters through forest in a north-westerly direction and then changes to the open corridor. His path now leads through the meadow corridor In den Gruben , where he is fed by a forest stream on his right. In the hallway in the broken trap , another small inflow on the same side reinforces it. The Ingelbach changes its direction there to the southwest, flows through the meadow in the long Triesen and then reaches the eastern edge of the Niederingelbach district of Ingelbach . It passes this village, then runs through the corridor In der Kleebetze and finally flows out at an altitude of about 235  m above sea level. NN from the right into the Wied .
