Ingrid Arndt-Brauer

Ingrid Arndt-Brauer , Member of the Bundestag (born March 20, 1961 in Marburg ) is a German politician ( SPD ). She has been a member of the German Bundestag since 1999 .

Life and work

After the Abitur at Gymnasium Philippinum Marburg Arndt Brewer holds a degree in business administration and sociology at the University of Marburg , she in 1985 as a graduate in business studies and sociology graduate ended. From 1998 to 1999 she was the head of the “Municipal Marketing” department at the Steinfurt district .

Arndt-Brauer is married and has four children.

Political party

She has been a member of the SPD since 1983 and is currently a member of the board of the SPD local association Horstmar .

MPs

From 1994 to 1997 she was a member of the district council of the Steinfurt district. On July 1, 1999, she replaced the resigned MP Ingrid Matthäus-Maier in the Bundestag and has been a member of the German Bundestag since then , always moving into the Bundestag via the state list of North Rhine-Westphalia . From 2013, in the 18th Bundestag , Arndt-Brauer was chairman of the finance committee . Since 2014 she has been a member of the committee pursuant to Section 23c (8) of the Customs Investigation Service Act .
